The spacious deluxe room offered a lovely pool view, but the restaurant service was overwhelmed and slow during peak hours.

Best thing was the exceptional staff, super helpful and always smiling! The rooms were nice, and food was delish 🌟. But, housekeeping could've been better.

The swimming pool lacks privacy and feels exposed!!! It would benefit from better integration with dining areas. Also, billing for small snacks after check-out is a minor inconvenience that they could easily improve!!!

During our stay, we enjoyed the friendly staff. They listened to us and made a special dish without all that spice when I couldn't handle the heat. The cleanliness was great, and Mr Jaleel really keeps things in line with his team.

I loved my room so much! It felt huge—like my own flat. The bed was super comfy, and I adored the luxurious sheets. The bathroom was nicely lit, perfect for makeup, and they had thoughtful toiletries. Plus, healthy snacks in the room were a nice touch. I didn’t even get to the pool because I was so chill in my room. The breakfast buffet and in-room dining were fantastic, and I was so close to Lulu Mall, which was great for shopping!
