The staff was attentive, from the helpful reception to the prompt room service, making our stay seamless. The location was fantastic, close to Lulu Mall and several landmarks like Veli Lake and Shankumugham Beach, perfect for family bonding. the pool and some food options left room for improvement.

Got well-appointed and large a twin room with body wash as expected, truly enjoyed it. The breakfast had variety of good options, and was scrumptious and absolutely fantastic.

As for me, the area was not so nice.

The hotel of choice in Thiruvananthapuram. Luxury and comfortable property with a good pool. Good and ideal location in a coastal area close to the restaurants. Outstanding food in the a la carte restaurant in the vicinity.

I had to wait forever for a hairdryer, which never arrived on time. It ruined my plans, and the staff just passed the blame instead of taking responsibility. Super frustrating!

Whole place was tidy with exceptionally good views ; good and excellent location to get taxi. The room was neat with smoke detectors for safety measures. Location : the hotel was adjacent to Trivandrum airport as well as the big mall. Also, this property was located 1 mile away from Attukal Bhagavathy Temple...

The a la carte restaurant offered amazing dishes, and the breakfast was scrumptious and incredible. The location was nice and close to places we visited.

I had an awesome city break! The location was super convenient, just a stone's throw from Lulu Mall and not too far from the airport. The breakfast spread blew my mind-so many delicious options! Plus, the staff were friendly and helped make our stay even better. The cozy coffee shop was perfect for relaxing after a day out, especially thanks to Manu's amazing cappuccinos!

On a minor note, there were a few spots that could use a little dusting, but overall, the place was pretty clean. Just a heads-up—the drinks at the bar were a bit on the pricey side. But that didn't really dampen my experience!

It felt ridiculous, interrupting my sleep for something I thought was already sorted out.

The provided database was useful for accessing local attractions and amenities, enhancing my experience. the room could definitely have been cleaner, which detracted from my overall comfort.

One minor drawback was the absence of a balcony, which would have offered a nice outdoor space to enjoy the view.

The hotel offers spacious, clean rooms and a delicious breakfast with plenty of options. The staff is mostly friendly, and the location is perfect for shopping and exploring. A lovely big pool adds to the relaxation, although service can be hit or miss at times. A great stay!

I really got my money's worth ; the room was spacious and super comfy, with a bed that hit like a cloud. The location was perfect-close to Lulu Mall and the airport-and the staff was great, making me feel like a valued guest.

Menu for breakfast could have included more fresh fruit options.

The spacious beautiful room offered a lovely pool view, but the restaurant service was overwhelmed and slow during peak hours.

Best thing was the really good staff, super helpful and always smiling! The rooms were nice, and food was delish 🌟. But, housekeeping could've been better.

The swimming pool lacks privacy and feels exposed!!! It would benefit from better integration with dining areas. Billing for small snacks after check-out is a minor inconvenience that they could easily improve!!!
